To keep things easy and affordable, we offer free shipping on all of our products anywhere in the US. And yes, that includes Hawaii & Alaska! If you require international shipping, please get in touch with us and we'll arrange the best rates possible.

All of our products are one off and made specifically for you on receipt of your order. As such, we can't offer any refunds or return options on the products you order. We will however, work with you to come up with the best solution to address the reason you are not happy with your product. If we have made a mistake, we of course will correct it at no cost to you.

We keep our costs down because we have access to a large range of existing factory patterns for specific boats. If your boat is listed on our site, then no worries! If not, there is still a chance we can help you as we are always adding supported boats to our list, so please get in touch with us and we'll see if we can help. We don't however, visit your boat to create specific patterns or custom projects.

We have tried to provide as many details as possible to allow you identify your boat. But we get it! How can I be sure I'm ordering the right thing??!! If you have any doubt, then please email us some photos of your boat and provide the make, model, length and year of the boat. We'll double check it for you.

We only use materials and components that have been specifically designed for the marine environment. CANVAS: the canvas we use is Sunbrella Plus - a version of Sunbrella that has been treated with an additional durable polyurethane undercoating for superior water resistance & durability. ZIPPERS: all our zippers are YKK marine zippers that are of a UV protected all plastic construction to ensure that they will not corrode in the salt air and survive in the sun. STITCHING: we use Coats Dabond thread for all stitching which is a twisted continuous filament polyester thread specifically designed to protect from UV, abrasion, mildew, & rot. WINDOWS: windows are made from 0.75mm UV-resistant Crystal Achilles engineered to deliver excellent transparency & resistance to degradation from sun exposure. FRAMES: all of our frames are made from 25mm 316 grade stainless steel.

All our products are handmade and made to order and as such, it is hard to guarantee an exact delivery date. Our typical manufacturing time is between 5 and 7 business days with shipping about another week after that. In general, you could expect to receive your product two to three weeks after we receive payment.

Window covers? We offer something much better. We offer a complete dodger cover that protects all of the windows but also adds a second layer of protection for the rest of the canvas too. In addition to providing a complete second layer of protection, the one-piece dodger cover is quicker and easier to remove and replace than individual window covers. The cover is not offered as part of the dodger pricing so make sure you add it to your shopping cart if you need a cover. You can see details of a cover here.

In some cases, a small amount of assembly is required. We provide all of the parts and accessories for your setup but you may need to add some hardware to your boat. We do provide full installations instructions with our products.

Absolutely! In fact, that is what many of our customers do. The frame usually lasts much longer than the canvas - just make sure you order the "CANVAS ONLY" product option.
